We accept most dental insurance plans although we are not an HMO or Dentical Provider. Please reach out to us to discuss any insurance coverage questions. Our office will assist patients in billing their insurance companies. You can also speak with our office manager about payment options for major dental services. Please give us 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your visits. There is a $75 no show policy for confirmed visits. We are more than happy to work with you by calling us at 408-963-6838.
